Fannie Mae just raised its loan limits:
Single Family Was $359,650 Now $417,000
Two Family Was $460,400 Now $533,850
Three Family Was $556,500 Now $645,300
Four Family Was $691,600 Now $801,950
Loans greater than this would fall into the jumbo loan category and will usually require different qualifications and higher interest rate.
